What can your vinyl labels be applied to?
 

Our vinyl labels will work best on smooth, clean surfaces such as glass, acrylic and plastic.
We recommend cleaning each surface with an alcohol wipe (included with label purchases) and ensuring it is fully dry prior to application.

Yes, we ship every single order with AusPost - we have found that they are the most reliable.

EXCHANGE & RETURN POLICY

You are welcome to return products for a refund if they are deemed faulty, damaged, missing parts or Incorrect Products. Products being returned need to be in original condition; with any packaging intact, and your proof of purchase included.

All customers must contact us within 10 days after receipt in regard to any return. 

The Hugo Creative is not liable for any return if customers simply only change mind or order by mistake. Only if the item is faulty.
 

Upon receipt of the item and completion of our inspection, if the order is found to be defective, we can either grant a full refund, or a replacement with no additional cost.

I can't wait! How do I apply my labels?!
 

Alongside your order, you will receive your detailed instructions on how to best apply the labels and ensure they last.
 

What are they made of?
 

Our decals and labels are made from high quality removable vinyl, and come with step by step instructions and a high quality transfer tape for easy application. They are all waterproof, weather resistant vinyl, although we recommend hand wash only, and be sure not to soak the decal, or scrub over it. Prior to application, make sure you clean the surface with your included alcohol wipe (as this is the most common cause for non-adherence). 
 

 What can they be applied to?
 

Our labels can be applied to completely smooth surfaces like glass, plastic, most types of treated wood, walls and tiles. It will not stick to fabric, rough surfaces or raw wood. They will not stick to fabric.

OK I love my labels, but are they removable?
 

Yes, absolutely. Our labels are made to be easily removable. Just ensure to start as the corner when removing and be slow and gentle.

Are they reusable?

They are not reusable. Vinyl is very thin and upon removal can be stretched or tear.

How long do they last for?
 

In general, black and white labels will last between 5-8 years, coloured labels between 3-5 years, and metallic labels between 2-3 years.
