Domestic Shipping Policy

 

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 7 days.

 

Shipments and deliveries do not occur on weekends or public holidays. If experiencing a high volume of orders, there may be a delay further than 7 days which will be communicated with the buyer via email or phone.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Shipment to P.O. boxes

We are unable to ship to P.O boxes.

Shipment confirmation and order tracking

Customers will receive a shipment confirmation and tracking number.

Customs, duties, and taxes

The Hugo Creative is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

The Hugo Creative is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.

International Shipping Policy

It is possible to receive an order internationally. This requires a custom quote which can be organised via emailing hello@thehugocreative.com.

Returns Policy

Returns are possible if the product is faulty. To start the process, send a picture and details regarding the return via email to hello@thehugocreative.com. It will be communicated whether the product needs to be returned, if it is the fault of The Hugo Creative, the customer will not be required to cover the cost. We do not return or refund for change of mind. In this case the product will be sent via Australia Post or Sendle to 9 Kinnard Way, Kellyville NSW 2155, Aus.
